Artist Statement
Joy is an inward brightness – it is delight with substance. This joy can hold us steady. It is reliable.
ICM is the acronym for intentional camera movement which means I don't remain still while I shoot. The ocean calls me for a visit on certain days. On this day, ICM was the technique used to explore, learn, discover what treasures may be in the bay and on the shore.

Joy liked how my art “captured two movements of pure peace with the gentle movement of the waves and soft colors.” It was an honor to be chosen and recognized among 50 other artists in the exhibit.
